Carly’s journey in the field of design has been deeply intertwined with her father, Bob. Their collaborative efforts have shaped Starcom Design/Build into what it is today. Carly’s expertise lies in creating and implementing design solutions that enhance both aesthetics and functionality.

When working with clients, Carly meticulously selects materials and employs computer-aided drafting to solidify her design vision. Her approach revolves around individuality and lifestyle, ensuring that each project reflects the unique needs and preferences of the homeowner. Carly’s training extends to Schluter Systems components for baths and kitchens, as well as color selection and trends through Sherwin Williams.

Beyond the office walls, Carly’s interests span various realms. She finds joy in traveling, immersing herself in literature, keeping up with the latest fashion trends, and passionately cheering for the Washington Capitals during hockey season.
