This home got a massive makeover both inside and out. The master suite was transformed into a master retreat. The downstairs bathroom and living room were also renovated into a well designed and fully functioning living space. Off the back of the house a new screened in sun room was built. Throughout the entire design and renovation process it was important to keep continuity amongst the entire design seamless and flowing.   The master bathroom got brand new large square tiles on the floor and surrounding the tub. A separate area, with a door, was built to separate the commode from the rest of the bathroom. Brushed nickel fixtures completed the look of this modern and simple bathroom. The large master bedroom got new light colored hardwood floors, and a fresh coat of paint. It was important for the homeowners to keep their rooms modern, clean, and simple, but a beautiful decorative palm ceiling fan. Not only is it stylish and adds a beachy vibe to the room, but it is also perfect at keeping the room cool.   The same light colored hard wood flooring was used throughout the entire home, including hallways and the living room. This helped the flow of the homes design, and the homeowners were in love with the way that it looked. Keeping with the rest of the house the screened in porch was simple in design, but did have a ceiling fan installed to keep the family cool during the hot summer months.  Off the screened porch is a patio, perfect for entertaining more guests, and adding space for a barbecue. We even installed a bench that would ensure there was always a place to sit.
