Starcom Design Build provided a separate living space for an elderly parent for the Homeowner. The Homeowner wanted to enjoy their home while accommodating a living space for their family member.
Constructed was a full kitchen, entertaining space, pantry/laundry room, a bathroom with a zero clearance shower entry, a bedroom, and an independent entrance - all on one level! The home was constructed as an In-Law Suite Addition to the original home.
The elderly parent of the homeowner was able to live close enough to family while keeping their own spaces from clashing.
