Home Addition for Wounded Veteran

Starcom Design Build proudly collaborated with the Tunnels to Towers Foundation to create a beautiful Smart Home addition for a wounded veteran.

This Smart Home features four Pella Encompass Energy Star windows, thermostats, a CSI folding chair, a 50-gallon water heater, and five stainless steel grab bars for the shower and commode. The shower is designed with no curb, allowing easy access in and out. The bathroom is conveniently located near a first-floor bedroom, which includes a retractable TV from the ceiling.

The front door, leading to the deck, is handicap-friendly, equipped with a hydraulic hinge that opens and closes with the push of a button. Additionally, a wheelchair ramp ensures easy access to and from the home. The exterior foundation is beautifully finished with cultured stone.

This addition seamlessly transitions from the original home, creating a comfortable and accessible Smart Home for the veteran.
