Home Expansion, Jessup MD

In the charming town of Jessup, MD, a loving family decided it was time to expand their home in a way that truly reflected their unique lifestyle and needs. They envisioned a transformation that would not only enhance their living space but also cater to their diverse interests. 

The project began with a plan to redo their portico, giving the entrance of their home a fresh and inviting look. But the real magic lay in what branched off from this new portico - a beautiful, serene study. This study was designed to be a sanctuary for reading, working, and quiet reflection, filled with natural light and cozy furnishings. 

What set this home expansion apart was the family's request for a gym installed at the rear of the house. However, this was not just any gym; it was a combination gym and garage. This innovative space was designed to accommodate both their fitness routines and their practical needs. 

This unique expansion not only provided the family with functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces but also brought them closer together. The study became a favorite spot for the evening reading sessions, while the gym/garage turned into the hub of activity.
