Additions - In-Law Suite & Screened in Porches Ellicott City, MD

In this Video you will see the land before and after of the In-Law Suite. Starcom Build Design Constructed a connecting In-Law Suite to the existing home. The Home Owner was having their elderly parents move in but wanted to create space for their parents. The completed project worked well with the preexisting home. Starcom was successful in providing a whole new space for the Elderly Parents to move in!

The Addition will be approximately 1200 sq feet with the Screen Porch approximately 250 sq feet. A full Kitchen with LED undercabinet lights, Walk-in Closet, Laundry Room Hallway, Bedroom, and primary Bathroom will be on the first floor. The second floor will have a family room and a Full Guest Bathroom. A small front porch was also be made.

The Bathroom in Brushed Nickle Trim, were installed with 1 Handel on a Slide Bar, 3 Stainless Steel Grab Bars (2 for the Shower, 1 for the Commode)

CertainTeed Luxury Grand Manor Roof Shingles will be installed on the Roof in a Heirloom Silver and AB Martin Black Matte. The New Soffits will have Vents as the Fascia Trim will be the PVC Aluminum material.

The front porch is next to the Original Home's Garage Doors. These doors will be replaced with 2 Clopay Coachman overhead Garage Doors, Belt Drive openers, Keypad & Remotes. Insulated Glass Windows were installed too.
