Additions - In-law Tour Clarksville, MD

Bob gives us a tour of an In-law project mid way thru construction! This home in particular features an In-Law Addition, Remodeled Kitchen, and a Dining Room Space. This Addition is a 38 x 12 feet suite. The existing screen porch at the back of the home was turned into a Dining Room Space.

The Addition matched the original home's style and were installed with 5" Gutters, Leaf Guards, and Downspouts.

The interior design for the Kitchen is the Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 400 low VOC latex paint that was stained on the walls and a White Flat on the Ceiling. The trim itself is a semi-gloss finish. The Sink has a New Kitchen Faucet and Farm Style.

6 Recess Lights, 6 Interior Outlets, and 2 Switches, including 1 Dimmer Switch. Outside were installed 2 Double Spotlights to illuminate the backyard for pets and home security.

3 New Colonial 6 Panel Hollow Core Doors and Window Colonial Trim for 3.25 Picture Frames. All rooms have at least 1 Window, however, the rear of the home has a line of windows to open the space but also show the backyard in all it's glory.
