Joseph and Sarah Kennedy needed to move to Virginia for a job transfer but had one major problem. Their large townhouse was outdated and had been sitting on the market with no offers. After considering lowering their asking price, they decided to remodel their master bathroom and powder room to attract more buyers. 

Solution

The homeowners wanted the remodeled bathrooms to appeal to a large amount of people so they needed to make sure the style was inclusive. The Kennedys kept a consistent design between the master and half bathroom. Simple and sleek with inviting colors. After consulting with Starcom, they chose light grey porcelain tile running in a chevron pattern to make the rooms appear larger. White cabinets with fantastic storage space and a light colored granite countertops were right on trend. Brushed nickel fixtures completed the timeless look. The bathroom remodels were completed on budget and on time.
