Starcom Design was one of several companies that Home Advisor recommended to me. After meeting with one company; the estimate was extremely high for what I wanted which was to replace my shower doors. The est. cost was $18K?#@%& ? Really? So I contacted Starcom and spoke with Brian Smith, Marketing Manager and explained what I was looking for. Without hesitation, he recommended a company out of Ellicott City who specializes in shower door replacements which they often use. He suggested that I contact them directly and they could assist me. I did and the cost was significantly lower and w/in my price range. Although, I did not select Starcom I really appreciated his willingness to assist me. Often it's not all about the money; but the principle which builds trust! Brian listened to my concerns and referred me to someone who could help me; unlike the person who came out and was fast talking, did not listen to me, and came w/ an agenda of getting the most out of my very small project. I will definitely reach out to Starcom in the near future for any additional Home projects I may need help with. Honesty and authenticity goes a long way with me and makes a lasting impression.
