A family moving to Maryland was looking to buy land and have a home built. Starcom was able to provide the new couple to the Howard County area a new home from the ground up. With permits handled, designs set in place, and materials picked out, construction would be underway.    The New Home itself has a 600 sq ft. driveway, 20 x 20 carport, and for the home itself is sizeable to accommodate the new couple's plans on raising a family. The Kitchen is sizeable, the Laundry Room connected between the Car Port and Kitchen. Next to the Kitchen, with an open concept design, is the Family room. Both the Kitchen and Family Room are very sizeable. The Kitchen had installed Norcraft kitchen cabinetry, Level “C” granite counter tops, kitchen sink is included and a 3.25” Clam Shell Baseboard Trim installed. Also a 2.25” colonial door casing and a 5’ shelf over the washer and dryer in the new laundry room. For Windows, Two Vinyl Casement Windows were installed in the Laundry Room and one over the Sink. The 5’ Vinyl Bay Windows in the Kitchen and Family Room off the finished floor with an 18” seal allowed the long lasting material natural lighting to illuminate the home and give a good view of the surrounding woods. There was also the installation of a 25 year Certified Roof Shingles!   With the New Home completed, the new couple from out of state moved in! The couple fell in love with the design of the home and appreciated how detailed Starcom had gone in quality of materials and craftsmanship.
