Starcom Design was one of several companies that Home Advisor recommended to me. After meeting with one company; the estimate was extremely high for what I wanted which was to replace my shower doors. The est. cost was $18K?#@%& ? Really? So I contacted Starcom and spoke with Brian Smith, Marketing Manager and explained what I was looking for. Without hesitation, he recommended a company out of Ellicott City who specializes in shower door replacements which they often use. He suggested that I contact them directly and they could assist me. I did and the cost was significantly lower and w/in my price range. Although, I did not select Starcom I really appreciated his willingness to assist me. Often it's not all about the money; but the principle which builds trust! Brian listened to my concerns and referred me to someone who could help me; unlike the person who came out and was fast talking, did not listen to me, and came w/ an agenda of getting the most out of my very small project. I will definitely reach out to Starcom in the near future for any additional Home projects I may need help with. Honesty and authenticity goes a long way with me and makes a lasting impression. Starcom did a large addition project for us as well as a bathroom remodel. We were impressed with the design ideas they came up with, including great solutions to the challenges presented by an older home. Communication was excellent, and they were very responsive to our questions and needs. We were very happy with Starcom's professionalism, commitment to quality, and the work they did on our project. The project came in on budget and on schedule. We have received many compliments on our "new and improved" home!

I have utilized Starcom Design Build and recommended them to my friends. Each and every time the workmanship was second to none. My friends are as thrilled as I am with the final products. They were professional to work with and Tim Welch "got" the house design and style and the new work fit in absolutely fantastic!!! Well Done! – We recently hired Starcom Design Build to renovate several areas of our home. We loved their showroom, lot's of different products that we haven't seen in other showrooms. The design work that we could view was helpful in giving us a clear idea as to what they were proposing and what options were available. Our products did take about 4 weeks to come in but once they started it was great to see our dreams take shape. We took down some walls, our house is about 35 years old, added a sunroom a kitchen and redid the master bath. This was our first project, it was challenging but the Starcom folks were great to work with, so glad we picked them.

I'm sitting in my new bathroom right now! – Thank you Starcom for designing the best bathroom that anyone could ask for. I asked them to install a large counter so that I could place my stuff onto - it's perfect. There were right on budget, and the renovation was completed right on time. Starcom Design Build did a very nice job and I would use them again.

I am interested in having the roof done in the next year and hope there will be another follow-up with me in the future in case I'm ready to proceed then.
