Our client wanted to add a bathroom in an oversized closet. Seeing that the closet space was massive, the idea of putting a bathroom was not a far fetched idea for this promising transformation.
Splitting the room between a closet and bathroom, the client liked the concept. After the client picked out what materials they wanted for the bathroom, construction was underway. The finished project included a sink, toilet, and a shower while keeping some of the closet space. This project utilized both how space can transform empty space into useful while also giving the home an updated look.
In the end, the new transformation for the home offered a solution for the problem of too much space, creating an updated area of the home that was needed, and yet kept the home from becoming too cluttered. The client was joyous how well this idea came reality.
The original shower surround that was put in the bathroom during the construction of the home was old-fashioned and basic. The homeowners wanted to give their bathroom some style and a new shower complete with a seat. The shower pan features smaller tiles that match the entirety of the bathroom.
This family wanted a completed three story addition added to their home. This inlcuded a fully decked out entertainment space in the basement. This space in the basement was completed with a massive new bar to replace their old outdated one.
The homeowners wanted to enclose their screened in porch and change their siding color from beige to blue. The flow between the original structure and the new structure is seamless.
Client needed a wall removed to create an open concept kitchen design. Both rooms look completely different after the wall was taken down and the kitchen remodeled by client's request.
The space was cramped, outdated, and needed some work. The wall removed, floor redone, kitchen rearranged, the new rooms had an open concept design that impacted the quality of the space. The more inviting area offered a better layout for the kitchen with new counter tops and hardwood flooring. The backsplash was also built with high quality materials that the client picked out with the help of our designer.
The finished result for the client was a good change. The home opened up creating a livable space and showed off the newly remodeled kitchen. With everything finalized and checked, the family could enjoy their new space and admire the open concept design.
