From the initial consultation the team at Starcom Design Build listened carefully to the Family's vision. They wanted a bathroom that was both elegant and functional, with high-quality materials and sleek design. The family chose beautiful quartz tiles for the countertops that add luxury and durability. For the floor they opted for the ceramic tiles, known for their classic look and easy maintenance.
One Standout feature of the new master bathroom was the frameless glass shower that gave the whole room an open and airy feel. The shower walls were tiled up to the ceiling, creating a seamless and sophisticated look. Too add convenience, a handheld shower bar was installed.
The Family were also involved in selecting the cabinets and vanity tops, ensuring that every detail matched their taste. The stunning free-standing tub. A 14" x 24" bench seat was added to the shower providing a comfortable spot to rest while taking a shower.
To complete the transformation, Starcom Design Build installed two rove hooks, a towel rack, and even a paper holder. The result was a master bathroom that exceeded the family's expectations from their previous bathroom to a timeless modern style. The family could not be happier with the final result.
Growing family wanted to expand their home with a deck. A deck would also provide an easier way into the backyard for those summer time gatherings. The deck was a good choice since the home was elevated and this provided a good solution to maximize space, comfort, and the looks of the home.
With a white and brown color scheme, the entire deck looks seamlessly meant to be attached to this home! Treated wood that is up-to-code installed with a simple rock ground to keep the area safe, clean, and easy to maintain. The deck expands for an even surface you would not get with the slope of the backyard. The space created offers many opportunities in creating space. The Family's goal was to open up more space for outdoor activities.
The deck expands around the back of the home and has stairs that lead to the basement and backyard. The deck can hold furniture for grilling and other gatherings.
Looking to expand their home but to keep close to their outdoor roots, this family decided a screened in porch was the best route. This was a good idea as the family is very outdoorsy and by having a screened in porch. By utilizing an out door porch they were able to maximize their interior expanded space while keeping a close connection with the out doors
A screened-in porch addition with composite materials gives the homeowners a place to enjoy the outdoors without the bugs. Two sky lights were also added to make the room feel its outside as close as possible. Access to the back yard is still possible which is a great opportunities for hosting gatherings for both in the backyard or on the porch.
The homeowner was pleased with the final project and enjoys their backyard space in their screen-in porch.
Starcom's client was looking for to expand their current home to include a big, cozy, living room that could accommodate for their family expanding. With plenty of space in the backyard, there would be the expansion for a family room.
The new addition would act also like a sunroom/deck; allowing the family to enjoy the view and sun from the big windows and easy access to the backyard without loosing the comfort in quality of furniture, air-conditioning, fireplace, and tv. The addition will leave the original windows and sliding glass door with a repainted wall and frames. The space also is big enough for family gatherings and sporting events. Big windows let in the natural lighting and give a good view of the back yard, however, the sliding glass door allows the family to go onto the deck and back yard.
Along with the Addition the Deck was redone!
The finished project was professionally completed that offered the growing family a place to raise their children. When all was said and done the project was a success in full filling the new family's request for more space in their home addition.
A past customer came to us with a request for an updated fireplace. The mirrors on either side of the fireplace were the first to go. We added cabinetry and reclaimed wood in it's place. Ledgestone adds texture and a design feature to the cozy family room.
