Our past client bought a new home and needed to refresh their ensuite for guests. With a spa like feel, their guests may never want to leave! The client wanted to make sure their guests were at home and comfortable.
The original home suite was dark, colorless, and lacking style. With the help of our designer, the client was able to transform their basic living style to more lavish and time capturing. The changes were not just the color schemes and tiling or granite tops but also the appliances as well! Utilizing better color styles the room was brighter, more inviting. Adding more granite style it allowed for easier cleaning and durability in long lasting. The overall look and feel is unique but has the perks of the most modern materials that are practical usage. These materials also work well for kitchens too!
The client was happily surprised how the transformation complete renovated the entire suite. With the updated materials & appliances, this bathroom is not only timeless in style, but confident in functionary!
Our clients just moved into a new home and needed the guest bathroom remodeled. A remodel and stylized look was needed for the client's needs. Starcom would work with he client to undergo a transformation that best suit their bathroom needs.
A warm color palette is inviting and gorgeous to flow seamlessly with the hallway coloring. This unique color scheme was an inviting touch. The colors were not the only change for the bathroom as the toilet, cabinets, mirror, sink, and the tub/shower itself was also changed to more modern style/appliances. The walls were painted lighter to really make the soft browns "pop" and stand on their own. The overall theme felt beachy, clean, and new.
In the end, the client was overjoyed with the transition of their guest bathroom that fit better for their home's aesthetics.
Our return customer wanted to spend more time outside without the weather interfering with their relaxation. A screened in porch was added to the home for both keeping the patio on the main floor and creating a comfortable second level.
The screened in porch offers the ability to furnish the space without worry of rain. To keep the atmosphere still outdoorsy, two sky lights were put into the design of the roof. The siding also matches the original home forming a seamless look. An outer deck was also added to the side of the screened in porch for easy accessibility to the backyard.
The overall final result was a nice comfortable space. The space offers the flexibility for relaxing in an open concept for an outdoor attachment. By adding a second story screened in porch allowed the addition of a deck and access to the back yard and give the patio shade - great for gatherings!
An outdated master bathroom becomes a chic retreat
This 21 year old home had a bathroom that was in serious need of some TLC. The homeowners called on us to transform the space, and make it not only practical but also beautiful. In place of the tub and shower we created a double vanity with granite countertops and cherry cabinetry in a nutmeg finish. In between the sinks was not only space for additional storage, we also created the perfect vanity area for applying makeup.
